Botanic Life USA Exchange, refund, and return policy


Overview

No refunds, exchanges on any/all unopened, opened, or used products. The only exception is for products that arrive damaged.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have arrived damaged and you must contact us via info@botaniclifeusa.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@botaniclifeusa.com and be sure to include your order information along with preferred contact details and pictures of the damaged product.

Shipping returns

Will be handled on a case by case basis. Please send an email to info@botaniclifeusa.com to begin discussing your situation to determine the need for a return.
